Green & Black's has become my favourite chocolate, so buying a cookbook using my favourite chocolate seemed like a natural. I must admit that this cookbook is not in my regular rotation for several reasons: (1) desserts are a treat; and (2) some of these recipes require a lot of steps and/or specialized equipment that I do not have (NB: I don't even own a food processor /5.
